Amandy Higgs
School Leader
Areminta “Amandy” Higgs is the School Leader at The Endeavor School – Miami.
Born and raised in the Bahamas, she moved to Florida in 2002. With more than 17 years of experience, Ms. Higgs has worked with students from infancy through fifth grade. As a Lead Teacher, she has taught Kindergarten, Montessori Primary and Toddler Two classes. Prior to that, she was a Teacher Assistant in a Montessori Primary class.
Ms. Higgs has several professional teaching credentials, including the Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC) and a Montessori Diploma, specializing in infant and toddler education. She is also a member of the Florida Future Educators of America.
The proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Ms. Higgs enjoys spending her time with them. Together, they are members of the Girl Scouts and spend time fishing, beachcombing, reading, karaoke, dancing and crafting.
